On March 12th, Washington state transitioned from requiring masks in public settings to recommending them. As a healthcare facility, we are held to different regulations than other public settings. Our COVID-19 polices remain unchanged in light of the recent alterations to the statewide mask mandate. Here’s everything you need to know:

• Masks are still required in our office for all visits including exams, shopping appointments, and picking up glasses and/or contact lens orders.
• Patients are allowed to temporarily lower their masks when trying on glasses. Please ask one of our staff members the best way to do this.
• We are still sanitizing all of our frames after they are tried on.
• Scheduling an appointment through our website for any shopping appointments and adjustments is no longer required, but highly recommended to help us better accomodate your visit.
