Shipping and Returns

Shipping for online orders:

Free domestic shipping for online orders via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options are available through USPS, FedEx, or UPS at an additional cost. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email with order details and tracking info ASAP. If you do not receive an e-mail or have questions about your order contact us and we will be happy to assist.

International shipping: we do not accept international orders online. If you would like to place an international order please contact us for details.

Return policy for online orders:

All frame orders are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. Frames must be returned brand new, unworn, inside the original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Custom and prescription lenses are ineligible for return or refund.

Return shipping is at your own cost with the shipping provider of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insurable service. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
